Lake Constance
Lake Constance connects Germany with Austria and Switzerland. Those who do not come from the region may not know that, but the people around Lake Constance like each other and do a lot of things together, across national borders. Even the people of Liechtenstein are counted, although they don’t even have a lakeside connection. The Seerücken and the Alpsteingebirge mountains connect the views of the Lake Constance villages and towns, Constance, Meersburg, Immenstaad, Hagnau, Friedrichshafen, Langenargen, Lindau and Bregenz. But also from Thurgau and the canton of St. Gallen, the massif with the Säntis as its centre forms a wonderful backdrop.
