We probably do not need to introduce our products to you. But we have to introduce the AlpenHirt ones. He knows every cow by it`s name (you can even find out the name of the animal that was the source of the meat you have bought). Each cow has calved more than once and they all are pampered daily. Adrian manufactures his meats the way his great-great grandfather used to do using red wine, natural salt and biological herbs only. Air dried with no additives. Delicious!!!
