Description

The pressure of the Basis (Basis = cheese lovers from east Switzerland) became bigger and bigger. Finally it has arrived, the Alpstein-Churfirsten cheese knife. In accustomed quality and extremely sharp.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
Please wash by hand.
