But by using the new cheese knife „Best of Ticino“ one can also cut german Swiss and west Swiss cheese excellently. Any hard cheese and because of the hole, – also any soft cheese. Buon Appetito!

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
Please wash by hand.
