Description

It takes two really sharp peaks to pick up cheese. And the hole with the other mountains comes in helpful when cutting soft cheese. The cheese sticks less to the blade. Clever, is it not? It nearly gives you a prick into your heart when you can hold your mountains in your hands.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
Please wash by hand.
