Whether you’ve been there or not, this cheese knife is sure to please. Its shape is unique and you can effortlessly cut hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses with it.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC. The handle is made of walnut wood.
