Have you ever looked from the historic centre of Innsbruck over the Goldene Dachl at the mountains? Than you know the Nordkette (North Chain)! Impressing, beautiful and now – very, very sharp. Since the developers of PanoramaKnife have decided to change the grinding angle for a few degrees, as if there was snow on the peaks, these knives glide through the toughest bread and crusts.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
