Valais, Cheese Knife

On request we have already made the Berner Oberland cheese knife in 2015. A little later voices were heard that demanded a Wallis cheese knife. We have made one. The most beautiful peaks of this nice Kanton (county) and the highest of Switzerland. Suitable for hard or soft cheese.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
