Description

Our ancestors discovered how one can make milk more durable: by turning it into cheese. The fact that one can sell this and develop a lot of very delicious varieties over the centuries, is the reason why Switzerland, apart from watches, chocolate and pocket knives, has become well known throughout the world. Oops, we nearly forgot the mountains. Oh no. In central Switzerland, one peak really sticks out – the Pilatus. You can now use it for picking up all the cheese that you have cut with its really sharp blade before. Bon Appetit. Our cheese knife is ergonomically correct for every hand and a conversation piece.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
Please wash by hand.
