Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs (excluding statutory VAT).

Deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein: We charge a flat rate of CHF 15.00 per order for shipping. Free shipping for orders over CHF 500.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will take place within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 10 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY‘s terms and conditions in addition to our own.

You will receive the invoice free of charge by email. With purchase on account you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY.
